How Valve Insertion Works
We use ductile iron resilient wedge insert valves (RWGVs) manufactured by Team Industries, designed to withstand 250 PSI. These advanced gate valves remove the entire host pipe during the hot tapping process, allowing the gate to seat directly on the valve body rather than the existing pipeline. This ensures:
